Moonrock Cannabis is completely irresponsible and should not be in business. I drove 90km to buy 7g of Carmel “Billy Pheno” they had on sale, only to be sold nearly year-old cannabis (packaged July 2024) that was brown, moldy, and immediately triggered health issues (uncontrollable sneezing). When I contacted them, they admitted the issue but still refused a refund, pushing the blame onto the licensed producer. That’s not just bad service—it’s dangerous and negligent. They clearly don’t care about product safety or their customers. Do not trust this place.This is negligence, plain and simple. No quality control, no accountability. Totally unacceptable and unsafe.
Great place so affordable the only thing I would like to take away is it would be nice if they can give out freebies especially for first-time new customer or have Perks.
Service is hit or miss . There’s a tall guy( I think he’s the owner cause he’s always there) who is super nice and knowledgeable. Short red head guy is kinda not so friendly . Gonna be a tough go unless they update the shop , selection and service
Staff are super friendly! And funny!! Vary good prices and good quality!! The store is nice and clean If you have breathing probloms dont worry your aloud to take off your mask all staff are fully vaccinated including the booster vaccine Deffinitly going back again!!!!!
