The staff is exceptionally friendly❤️attentive and knowledgable creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in , while the owner's passion and genuine hospitality shine through in every detail.The space is cozy inviting and relaxed and their wondefully pet-friendly approach makes it even more special. I prefer to drive every morning from Etobicoke and after good morning walk with our dogs to enjoy this coffee and these pastries and it is always worth it❤️this place has become a cherished daily ritual abd unforgettable part of my routine❤️
Food and drinks we tried were all excellent. Owner was very friendly and approachable. She had great attention to detail and really cared to make sure we were happy. Knowledgeable and passionate about halal options. Highly recommend!
I love this place so much. The pastries are amazing and their kebab dinners are always fresh and delicious. The owner is the sweetest person ever and she’s always there making sure everything is perfect. Sometimes I message her and she replies right away and has my order ready for pickup. Truly the best service and great food. Highly recommend
The team at Metanoia are amazing, the food is delicious - if you haven’t tried their Pistachio Latte, you must. It’s amazing! My husband loves their shortbread cookies and their lemon filled croissant and rose croissant, their menus have delicious options and honestly it’s so hard to chose just one thing to love. 20/10 recommend. I will keep going back! Bahareh, Ivan, and everyone are so amazing. I have been recommending the lattes & coffee drinks to everyone in our community.

The owners of this cafe found out my aunt who lives in the building near them is terminally ill and that we were having a final good bye get together for her. They generously sent a bunch of free desserts and sandwich’s. Everyone was beyond impressed and pleasantly surprised. All the food was extremely delicious and fresh. Thank you very much to everyone there for the thoughtful gesture.
