I really wish I could give zero stars. I ordered myself a Japanese Waygu steak for my 50th birthday dinner. I had been wanting to try one for years and thought why not? When the steak was delivered the driver managed to pull the power line away from my neighbours house. He realized what he had done but rather than knocking on the door to take accountability he continued to do a 16 point turn in my driveway and on my grass. He fled across the lawn and through the ditch. Obviously this is actually “a failure to remain” and is against the law. I called Alectra as the driver had left a low hanging live wire on my driveway and in the roadway. I don’t even want to think about what could’ve happened if I didn’t notice the damage!! Alectra arrived 2.5 hrs later. During that time I managed the safety by blocking half my street with my personal vehicle and some cones. The issue was under control 3 hrs later. The event obviously ruined my special birthday celebration! I was also in contact with your logistics manager Mykola. He took my report and at this point over a week later I have had zero follow up. I text him back and still nothing. I’ve emailed and…. Nothing!! I’ve never had such a poor customer service experience in my life!! No apology, no offer of compensation, no offer to repair the damage….zero accountability!! It was my first experience with your company!!
The Best Breakfast Beef or Chicken Sausages are THE BEST so far.Reminds us of olden days of real breakfast days of course with beef breakfast sausages with fried eggs and maybe some baked beans. It is already mouth watering. What are you waiting for, go get yourself Beef Breakfast Sausages.
Over price steak 90 $ a kilo and not even fresh 3 time out of 4 I pay and smell when you opened frozen for 10 days and froze same day I bought !!! Never again
When you absolutely must have the best quality meat, there's no need to look elsewhere! Australian Wagyu ribeye is my new favorite. Only $70 for 1.5" steak

Editing my review as after an initial hiccup with the delivery (couriers fault) The Butcher Shoppe has replaced the order and rectified the issue. In terms of quality the meat is high quality and very tasty. Delivery is quick. My only complaint is it was quite hard to get in touch with customer service but aside from that I am very pleased and would order again.
Best provider ever of steaks that we order each year. Individually wrapped and ready to eat or frozen for later. Summer wouldn't be the same without Butcher Shoppe meat on our BBQ.
