Its inconsiderate and disrespectful business practice to put a massive cheap ugly sticker for your business on the front cover of the used books you sell. I don't want to deal with crap like this when I buy books.
Totally wast of time. They don't buy your books as they advertise. They keep it up to one year and try to sell it. And if they do, you get less than 50% of the value. My book is as good as new and the original price online is $165. They offered $40
They always have the best quality used and new textbooks available. I purchased about 8 textbooks already for college and all of them were priced better than anywhere else.
Stopped in looking for On Cooking book to study for my Red Seal exam, purchased it quickly and easily. Picked it up the next day in great condition. The women that worked there (didn’t catch her name sorry) was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend .
They take care of the job of selling your books and also sell books almost like new with better prices. If you're a student in Canada, definitely trust them!
Not the best place if buying books because they charge 10%-15% fee if return book which doesn't make sense, even though you return the book the in same manner wrap and in the 14 days stated. This is more like robbing students after paying so much for the books. No one does that I will never shop there again and I will let as much student know this way they don't go there unfair service. (need back my money$$$$).
The staff are nice but they falsely advertise the amount of money u get back. For example, they advertise, 80% at least. But u get 20 bucks which is not even an quarter of what u get. Or wait a year and have a small chance of getting 50$, just for them to probably sell it for double, which I bought a use book for.
