Hours of operations are joke. I’m surprised this store even makes money with being closed at 4pm on Saturday and closed 3 days a week. 2 stars for supporting Ukraine
ordered items July 2022 ... still have not received my order have called and emailed and have had no response. I have asked for a refund several times and have been ignored! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR PRODUCT OR A REFUND!
I wanted to try Ukrainian eggs for Easter and Koota Ooma had everything I needed and was friendly. I loved writing and dyeing my eggs and we now have a new family easter tradition which we can enjoy and practice for years to come.
This is a small Ukrainian store with books, toys, jewellery, icons and a lot of artisanal Ukrainian objects. It is also an ideal place to buy all materials for decorating Easter eggs (all year long). The service is very professional and the two ladies who have the store are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They are native speakers of both English and Ukrainian and their interaction with children is amazing. Make sure you check the schedule before you go. The store has modified hours during Christmas and Easter seasons and is open in thebafternoon during the year.
