We had a wonderful experience thanks to Eva! As first-time parents, we had a lot of questions and felt a bit overwhelmed, but Eva was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the details about different strollers and essential items, making sure we understood what would be most helpful for our baby. Her knowledge and guidance made us feel much more confident in our decisions. Truly excellent service—we’re very grateful

The staff was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, the experience was the same as before. I plan to try a different location in the future. I did not receive any assistance today, only dismissive and contemptuous behavior from the staff.
Alona was an absolute Angel! Welcoming from the start and helped us navigate the journey end to end. Even when we couldn't find the colours in store she helped us call around to find and reserve to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. If you're new to parenthood, like us, come here!
I just had a horrible experience at this location I will never be coming here again! In the past I have returned things past the 30 days and they have had no problem giving me store credit as they know we are busy moms with little babies. The manager in today basically told me there is nothing I can do and would not help at all. The only reason I waited so long is because I have done it in the past with no problem now I am stuck with a hundred dollar item I can’t do anything with. On top of that they were very rude, not the type of place I want to be spending my money! No understanding for the busy mom! Never again.
Anastasia and Alona were ABSOLUTELY awesome So patient and spared mo effort to show us different strollers and options with no pressure. Super genuine and lovely Especially Alona being a trainee so passionate and really genuinely helpful. Anastasia also helped us get in the car on a rainy day. Thank you girls greatly!
