Guys, I am your neighbour from 205 Sherway Gardens. Your roof is filled with water from last 3 months budding mosquitoes and flys. It is getting worst day by day! I need you guys to get it cleaned. Please see attached pictures. I will edit this review and rating post cleanup.
They cancelled my online pick up order and are making me wait 3-5 business days to get the payment back. Why even let me place the order in the first place if it was out of stock? Customer service was not helpful at all
I visited this location recently and wanted to purchase my first stroller (travel system). Jenny was there to help out and she was very knowledgeable. She provided details and comparisons between several brands, and we ended up purchasing a Graco travel system. Great service.
The store is good, but they don’t offer price matching. Some of the LEGO sets they carry are almost half the price elsewhere and they refused to match those prices.
My father came to shop yesterday for gifts for my baby girl and Porsha helped my father for 2 hours looking for items. I truly appreciate Porsha's patience, kindness and assistance she provided.
Please do not do your Baby Registry here. First visit here we dealt with one Baby Registry associate who promised us the world (gift bag, 15% off coupon the week before baby's due date, $25 dollars off etc). We have yet to receive any of this and our baby is 2 months old! Every single item is at least 30% to 50% more than at any other store. Walking through the store is a nice enough experience but it comes at a steep price
It's nice having a BabiesRUs close to home. Was able to pick up alot of gifts here for my niece and great niece. Will return. A little pricey but I know ToysRUs price matches so I would assume BabiesRUs does too...
