Delta auto electric has been nothing but kind to me and my vehicle. I am a student and they were very considerate of my financial situation and helpful as well. There was so much communication before doing anything to my vehicle which I truly appreciate. I will be going back to them with my vehicle if I need anything.
One of the worst experiance i evwr had in my entire life. Please i am requesting you al do not use their service. They are just hungry for money. Not providing any accurate information. Just charging money they charged 60 bucks for just attaching OBD meter. I also communicated problem with him in. Please guys do not go this place. Giving bullshit explanation. These guys are robbers. Do not use there service. There is no zero star so i have to give one.
Brought my car in this guy charged me for an hour and a half labour and the job only took 45 mins literally, he proceeded to tell me it was supposed to take an hour and a half and thats what the mechanic told him and honestly he knows its a simple job he told me its gonna take an hour maximum before we even started, but they finished it quick and thats just some crap, mind you its just a single headlight and turn signal bulbs replacement. Just be careful.
A different shop referred me to these guys. I had leaky power steering, coolant, an alternator on its way out, and wanted my timing/water pump done. For power steering they replaced the hose, I needed a new radiator, and they did my timing belt and water pump. They also refused to do my alternator because it was "fine". They told me it'd take a couple days, it took 2 weeks. They actually lost my car and had to find it. When I picked it up my ps was still leaking. Then my alternator went, after specifically telling them it was on its way out. I sent it back, they told me it'd take a day, it took 4. For the power steering, they forgot to tighten the hose. After I picked it up the first time, I had a check engine light because they broke some cable or something attached to my alternator. I know about cars, but not enough to know if they sabotaged me. When I picked it up the first time, I complained to the guy working there, who agreed Ramez doesnt know how to run a shop. Turns out he was his own son. Thankfully, it is fixed, but not without many headaches as I live far from work and had to get a rental due to Ramez' incompetence. Won't be coming here again.
I wish i could give zero stars. Scam place The guys dont know what they are doing. They will not give you a quote and procedd with the work and actually not fix anything. Dont ever go there
Needed an alternator for 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. They had a rebuilt one in stock. Price was very good. Customer service was very good, positive attitudes all around. The clip connector was not a match, so they swapped connector with original, no charge. My son picked one (alt) up 6 months ago for his Toyota Yaris, been great ever since, so he wanted to do mine for me. Both alternators running fine now ! Big thanks to employees there for a great experience !
Services was horrible.. they charged me 150$ just to check or you can say diagnose the issue.. that even i know already whats going on.. and repair charges are different from it.. even didn’t tell me earlier about charges and all that.. way to much expensive man..
