I had an issue with my Lexus Rx Hybrid and the team is very knowledgeable with electrical related issues. My brakes stoped working and Malik gave me two options. 1. But a new ABS pump/ sensor from dealer for a total of $6000 or option 2 got a used ABS pump sensor for a total of $1500 taxes in. So I saved $4500. The Lexus Dealer would have charged me over $6000 plus taxes. Malik is a master electrician and knows how to do diagnostic better than Lexus Dealership.
Zafar provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. My truck was not starting and multiple mechanics told me that they did not have the expertise to deal with this issue.
