Jenny was absolutely amazing. From the time our vehicle arrived at the shop after an accident to when we picked it up Jenny kept us informed at every step. The work performaned was perfect and our vehicle was back on the road as good as new.
Fast efficient professional. I took in my Volvo S40, it had a rear end collision, however due to age it had to be written off. They were so kind, assuring me parts would be recycled. Very sad event for me, I loved my car, but they made it bearable with their empathetic attitude. Thank you
Went to this location in Etobicoke to get a quote on a fender repair. They didn't even take the time to price out the replacement part and just told me it is a big job and told me me the cost to repair is $2800 -$3000 and told me to go through insurance. This was double of what the 5 other body shops quoted me. Poor customer service.
My car was broken into and I took it to Fix Auto Rexdale. Brian Holliday was so easy to deal with and my repair was done to perfection and in a timely fashion can’t recommend this place enough Thx again
I will never ever recommend this body shop to anyone. Their service is really bad, They took almost more then one week extra then the completion date which was already one month, moreover my car looks double shaded now after they have painted it. I’m really disappointed with mess they have created. They left me with this big patch which was never even their when i left my car to them, The manager their said they will give me a call back and fix it. Which never happened. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!! ⛔️❌?

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. After damage to a door that my insurance company just wrote off, I was looking for a basic repair that would keep me on the road with this car for another year or so. Got much much more than a basic repair, the car looks great, extremely reasonable price, attentive and speedy service, I couldn't be happier. I worked with Kristen but everyone I spoke with on updates was great, I'd give them more stars if I could.
