Carstar Etobicoke North Auto Body Shop on Taber Rd. is the most reliable auto body repair shop I’ve known and easy to deal with. The staff, Rob, Adam, Tomas and Dana are best in customer service! They’re so professional, showing care and conscientious in dealing with a customers. My experienced with them has been above and beyond! The quality of the work they’ve done to my car is immeasurable. I cannot thanked them enough for their prompt service and the quality of work they’ve done to my car. So i had an accident..insurance company sent me to carstar insisting that i go there for quality assurance...everything went well until my front camera on my duramax sierra went off alignment..they blamed a system update requirement..however the dealership told me it was result of the accident ...they assessed my damages around 11k...but couldn't get my camera fixed with that money....then shortly after ..I hit my side well parking..that's my fault..I brought it to them a carstar for a quote...3500...I went to another place who is a semi relative of mine..who's a well known bodyshop ..they quoted 1600...i let carstar know how they hammered me...3500!...they said that I received a better quote from my relative because hes a relative...so for that.. i went somewhere else..and got quoted 1150..even better then my relative... Watch out for this place...they are over priced and that's just ridiculous!!!
It’s clear the staff there are friendly and actually enjoy their jobs. I went to help my mom get her elantra back and the car looked good as new! As if the crash never happened and I think the man’s name was Rob he was so funny and kind and is easy to understand to those who don’t understand much about cars. They made sure we were okay after we explained how we got into an accident with our rental car and helped us out. Definitely would recommend going here if you want to be treated well and also want your car to be serviced right!
Had the unpleasant situation of having to take my 2 vehicles to the Carstar team; however, they made each situation very pleasurable. From start to finish, the carstar team kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and did a fantastic job. If you need bodywork done, i would highly recommend the Carstar team.
My experience here at CarStar on Taber Rd., exceeded my expectations. The staff here are skilled, professional and kind. My car is restored to pristine condition and to top it off, they detailed my car! Adam said they washed it but I was floored when I drove away and noticed the interior was perfect. Thanks for all your help Adam and team. Totally awesome! Even the mats!!! Above and beyond. And topped up my washer fluid! Yipee! :)
