As a business owner myself, I can say this company is a rare gem in an industry full of shady and unreliable liquidation/auction companies. No premiums and warranty adds to their reliability. Even though total inventory can sometimes be smaller than bigger competitors, its worth it. Bidding is always transparent and legitimate. My only recommendation is to become BBB accredited as this company has the potential to do even better and i'm shocked more people don't know about it in comparison to its competitors.
I finally got to meet the amazing staff while on a trip to Toronto from Nova Scotia recently. They are as warm and friendly in person as they are online. What a great crew.

Excellent customer service. No problems at all if for any reason the product is not as described, but also have to point out that that is extremely rare. Great communication from their staff. Very helpful!
Not really very cheap, but most of the items can be beat for a cheaper than retail price. Their descriptions are generally quite detail and accurate.
Even though the product I got had some missing parts, the owner went out of his way to provide a refund. I did not get the chance the thank the owner. They are absolutely amazing and have my utmost respect. They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Update: I got a hold of the staff via email and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend the place for their professionalism and will definitely buy from them again. I've ordered from this place twice and overall has been scoring decent deals with the items. In my second order, I purchased a controller listed as brand new, but it was clearly used previously with wear and tear and grease marks. I'm sorting out with the staff at the moment, and will update the review accordingly after handling the issue.
