Front desk receptionist is extremely rude. I don’t understand why people are always so miserable at their jobs. The unemployment rate is so high that just being employed should bring you joy. I’m sure someone else would appreciate a job like that and would have better customer service.
Good service and process BUT Item pallets are trashed items, better buying from legitimate liquidation places/sellers instead Instead You will end up becoming a junk remover for them lol Stay away, all the items are essentially junk or broken
One of the better auction house experiences. Items as described, organized and item was waiting on a shelf ready to be picked up. Would come again. Friendly staff.
First time bidder with this auction house. I really admire their booking system as it helps streamline the pickup process. They were also very kind. I knew I was bidding on an item as is and that it would be broken (stroller), however, I was okay with it because of the 2nd part of the item (carseat). Unfortunately when I went to pick it up, the carseat was missing. I did reach out via the website to ask if the car seat was included but I think I was too close to the closing of the auction to receive an answer. I went ahead and bid anyway in hopes that the car seat would be present based on the listing stock photos and description. The manager was very apologetic as he recognized that it was their mistake for not specifying that the car seat was not included and even offered me a discount on the broken stroller, however my husband and I decided to just get a full refund. It was issued then and there and I was pleased. I will definitely still be participating in their auctions!
Couldn’t be happier with the items I find on Bargain Depot. I highly recommend everyone to make this your go to auction. Amazing staff, easy to deal with, always resolves concerns if there are any. They truly care and make the process easy
I had an emergency and I couldn’t go pick up my stuff on the time and they have called them they deny that and they say your stuff no more there and I paid over $300 and it’s gone
I just went in today to deal with a faulty order, they were very responsive and demonstrated customer accountability by quickly implementing a solution, this is one of the few auction sites I like!
