They claim they do nearby areas and 24/7 emergency service. Kearney is 34 KM from Huntsville. I think that's near by! I'd say that having no water to flush toilets, washing hands and bathing, or dishes is an emergency service. I'd give less than 1 star just for picking up the phone.
