About two weeks ago I brought my expensive European watch for a battery change. It was returned to me in working condition but after about 30 minutes I noticed it had stopped and the backing seemed loose. I returned the following week and they told me, with no uncertainty, that the watch was old and had rusted inside. I decided to take it somewhere else for a second opinion as this is an expensive watch that was gifted to me by a family member. It was a good decision, my watch is working perfectly now, and rust was never mentioned.
I came to this location interested in buying jewellery and was rudely talked down to by the owner... I walked away in that very moment & will not be returning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Horrible customer service.
Its so hard to find place that repair watch batteries nowadays. Silvertime was very friendly and efficient. Service with smile. Located at a kiosk in the middle of cloverdale mall. I found the mall directory to be kind of confusing as it went by numbers and didn't define the store was kiosk.
