From start to finish my experience at Metro West Volvo was nothing short of exceptional. Our sales rep Chris, was approachable, pleasant and knowledgeable. He took his time with us going through all our options. I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a new Volvo. We also had the pleasure of dealing with the sales manager Gary. Gary came to check in on us every step of the process. He’s professional and all smiles. A delight to be around. Lastly when went to pick up the car we dealt with Ahmed (delivery specialist). Metro west Volvo has an entire process when you are there to pickup the car. Ahmed presents your new vehicle, then goes over all the options and helps you set up your vehicle to your specific preferences. He takes his time and is super patient helping you instal your volvo app and syncing it to the car. Great service! This is our second Volvo purchased from Metro West Volvo, with the service we received from start to finish, I know it won’t be our last! Thanks Chris, Gary and Ahmed!
I have purchased 4 Volvos from Jorge Stathos at Volvo Metro West. I keep going back to Jorge because I trust him. He is a very good guy who knows his stuff, is very professional and uses his product. I do not even live close to Volvo Metro West, but I keep going back to him because of the personal experience. I was very pleased with detailed explanation about the service. John also asked if I was experiencing other issues. Overall he was very attentive. I also liked the courtesy vehicle service which I really needed bc the repair was not done until next day.
I have rented a Polster 2 EV vehicle from a local Hertz rental location. They were supposed to send me information on where and how to charge the vehicle but they never sent or answered any of my multiple calls to them. I called this Volvo dealer for assistance to see if their EV charging station is available to the public. I spoke to a young lady over the phone and told her my situation ( Alisha ) although their charging station is only for their EV vehicles and I wasn't a customer of theirs Alisha was still willing to assist me. She helps me find charging stations where I can go and charge the car. Thank you for going above and beyond.
Shout out to Kaylana and Anthony who were very attentive to us with our used vehicle purchase. They got the paperwork & prep work through extremely quickly, saved our bacon when Scotiabank really screwed us on financing due to (Scotia's) input error, and went above & beyond getting the vehicle ready for us and even showing us the ropes before we took it off the lot. Couldn't be happier!
I stopped by Volvo Metro West to look at their electric vehicle offerings and was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge I received from Danika throughout my time visiting. I highly recommend her as a sales associate, as she was both informative and accomodating despite my busy schedule.
I was so disappointed for their service I stay and wait for almost 5 hrs in their building just to fix or reset my engine light on and oil change for my volvo xc90..
