I had a great experience at this Popeyes location, thanks to Jennifer from customer service. She went above and beyond to help me locate the Halal products, patiently guiding me through the menu until we finally found the right option. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out — she deserves special appreciation for her excellent service! However, I was quite surprised to see the $13 tax, which felt unusually high. I hope the management takes a closer look into this pricing issue to ensure fairness for customers. Overall, I’m happy with the service and thankful for Jennifer’s help, but I’d like to see better transparency on pricing.

My father died on July 3rd and I haven’t been able to do anything I used to do, including working out. I’ve been feeling super down and bloated and I know it’s because of grief. I went to Popeye’s to get my favourite flavour of Batch27 in the hopes that that would kick start me again, but it was sold out. The staff, Rachael and Dave, were extremely sweet and supportive. I noticed my fav flavour was being used a sample and said I would pay them for them for it (even though it was half empty). Dave gave it to me for free. You best believe I will be going back to buy from them from now until the end of time. Their kindness was a blessing to me…today really just showed me God’s work in my life. Today is the first day that I felt like I could raise my head. Thank you again❤️?

I love this particular location, I have been to other locations and they are not that good or welcoming but the staff in the Etobicoke Queen Street is the best, both Ladies are soo helping and so well mannered, just got two 5lbs of iso protein today on 50%off deal and as always amazing service keep it up.
