I've been a loyal customer here at Vapify for over a year and a half, and I can confidently say this is the best vape shop around. Fifth time coming here and very friendly staff huge selection of vapes at great prices . Weekly sales . Had a battery issue with one of my vapes and called and they replaced it with a new one immediately.
I called this store twice to ask if they had 6 percent juice and was told twice that they did. I drove out of my way to come and get it only to be told that there wasn't 6 percent juice in the store. The saleswoman called the owner who said to give me 10 percent off and she did not apply that discount to the pods which to me was horrible customer service. The owner was who I spoke to initially...what kind of owner of a store does not even know what products they sell....very frustrating, won't be shopping here again
Charges $12 more per vape (50% increase per vape) than other local vape stores before tax, and won’t provide receipts or invoice if you pay by cash, but still charges HST without sales system, and records.
The store has a big selection of nicotine vapes. There is only one brand, one flavor for non-nicotine (Vice-blue razz melon ice). The prices are reasonable. Helpful staff. Parking is abundantly available.
