Absolutely the worst car rental company out there. I wanted to change my arrival time from 5pm to 1pm. I emailed them before the 48 hour no change window before my pickup. I was told by holidaycars.com that I would have to contact the car rental place at the airport directly. I did that and they told me to contact holidaycars.com, which I did, but they did not respond. I showed up to the car rental place at the airport and told them what happened. There was no attempt to even accommodate me and was told to wait the 4 hours in outside in the sun with my wife and baby until our car was ready. I had paid in full and in advance for this rental which should ensure me a car. I was told nothing is available. I left the car rental place in shock about how they treated my family and I and proceeded to rent a car from another company. Since my return I have contacted holidaycars.com numerous times to get my refund and they continue to send me reasons why they won't refund me. And their last email was this is our final response to your request even though they have solved nothing for me. They are criminals and need to be shut down.
Rented a 15 passenger Ford van for our daughter’s birthday. Service was excellent and the van was in great. The van was clean and in great condition. We will definitely use Holiday Car and Truck again!
HolidayCars are a third party company. When we got to Ireland - the company was Budget and we had to pay extra fees in excess of 300 pounds over and above what we had already paid HolidayCars. And they had not told us what documents we needed to rent a car if you were over 69. Budget would not rent a car to my husband but luck enough we were able to rent a car which our daughter had to drive and since they didn't have a vehicle large enough for 6 of us... she had to drive with me and her family in another car. And we lost 2.5 hours out of our day trying to get things sorted out. Was a very stressful day! If you are renting a car - go straight to a legitimate company !

Dash warning light lite up like Christmas tree and staff told us to ignore them. The car is beat up all around. Windshield wipers were zip tied together. Braking is a problem when car keep squeaking, car doesn’t want to stop. Talked to Mr Singh to complain the car, he pretended bad reception of phone then hung up on me. Dodgy rental company. aug4 update my kids sat at the third row seats got insect bites all over their body. We had to see doctor afterwards.
Harpreet was kind enough to upgrade our vehicle from a Ford Transit to a Mercedes Sprinter. He answered all our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would rent again. Thank you, Harpreet, for the wonderful experience
