BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a computer for our small business ~ 6 months ago and the computer failed within a month. The company told me this was because the HDD was too big for the amount of RAM. I shipped the computer back to them, in which they replaced the HDD with something much smaller than what I paid for, greatly limiting the space. Less than 4 months after receiving the replacement, the computer failed again. The company is now not willing to replace their obviously faulty product. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY FOR YOUR COMPUTER NEEDS IF YOU WANT A COMPUTER THAT LASTS MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS.
Advanced Computers offer superior customer service. I had questions about the Lenovo laptop I bought and they went above and beyond my expectations. These are knowledge people who fix computers not sales guys! This will be my go-to the next time I need a computer and peripheral supplies.
Just got my "new" computer today, I ordered it from amazon, It was exactly how it was descripted online. I was told that it was going to arrive between Dec 31st and Jan 6 and it arrived Dec 31st. It was over packaged with a ton of bubble wrap, I did have some issues with the Wi-Fi not working but it was due to the WiFi piece pulled out a little so it was an east fix. Will absolutely buy another computer from them again.
The staffs are great and provide best service for it's customers. Been dealing with them for long time. They always have what I need and offer flexiable prices.

I just bought a refurbished Dell Inspiron e7440 laptop from them through Amazon. The computer arrived quickly and works like a charm. What I have an issue with is the fact that it was advertised as a: 2017 Dell Latitude E7440 14.1in HD Flagship Ultrabook PC, Intel Core i5-4300U 1.9GHz, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 256GB SSD, Bluetooth, Webcam, Windows 10 Professional (Renewed) No problem with the specs but the problem lies with the fact that it isn't a 2017 laptop it's a 2014 laptop. To prove this all you have to do is go to the dell support website and use the detect pc and on completion hit the view warranty details. What I got back was this: Service Tag 26GPTZ1 Ship Date 23 JAN 2014 Country Canada So I'd like to know how Advanced computers can claim this laptop is a 2017 computer when everything points to the fact that it's a 2014 model? Now don't get me wrong the computer is good, works well and is likely worth the money. But I'm still more than a little annoyed about the fact that this laptop was sold on Amazon as a 2017.
I went in to store for window shopping, but once I went in there I found that this merchant has Various variations of refurbished laptop's model latest + old when I started asking about products seller was so humble and experienced that I honestly ended up buying laptop which is HP 9480M the laptop is light and easy to carry and it is working as perfect as any new laptop suppose to be even though laptop is refurbished.
