It was my first time ever buying scrubs and I went in completely confused however their worker Mandeep, was so so sweet and helpful she gave me a bunch of options and recommendations the second I stepped in, I left with the most perfect pair of scrubs and the whole thing took less than 20 mins!! Not once in the store did I feel confused or overwhelmed by the amount of different variations of scrubs. If you go here you’ll be well taken care of and guided while you make your decision on which amazing quality scrubs to buy. Price is good and reasonable compared to some other places I had seen online .
First when ordering, this site did not take me to where I could place my personal information. I clicked, continue thinking I,d be taken to that site, but instead my order went thru before I could check it. Next I tried to cancel my order because one of the sizes came up wrong and there were 2 addresses. No where to cancel! Then I tried to contact this company, when searching I found different sites to contact, so I contacted all of them hoping to rectify this! When I finally got an email back I was given a gift card and they cancelled my order informing me to reorder with the correct information. At this point I didn't want to reorder but, I had no choice with this gift card now, that I would never use, so I ordered. I received the order quickly, but the shirts are terrible! They don't fit properly, the sleeves are very long, and the fabric is paper thin! I may as well wear nothing. I called the company, I was greeted with Hello! I had to ask, is this Scrubs4U? I was answered rudely, yes but we're closed, call back tomorrow! I emailed the address, I had previously used to complain about my order, and asked how I could return the items and get a refund. Of course, the next day I was phoned by the rude girl, explaining their policy is NO RETURNS! I explained i didn't want anything else as I was Leary of this company because of the terrible service I have had already and would prefer a refund, at which point she said she could find me a more suitable shirt, Before I placed my order, I looked over all of their inventory, there was nothing I could see that was to my liking, so I declined, plus I actually was gun shy after all the unprofessional actions of this company. I explained, Id just like a refund, she said I will give you a gift card. So, this is a warning to anyone wanting to do business with this company. be careful! when a company doesn't have a return policy that usually means trouble, they are dealing with inferior products they know people are going to want to return and the only way to avoid a refund and having to give people back their money, is to have this stupid gift card policy. consumer beware!!!!!
Absolutely outstanding service! When my order got stuck in customs and looked like it wouldn’t arrive in time for a critical deadline, this company went above and beyond to make it happen. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive—taking extra steps to ensure the product reached me quickly. I’m so grateful for their dedication and highly recommend them!

Amazing scrubs, amazing prices! I spent over an hour in this store trying on multiple different colours and styles of scrubs & not once was I rushed or felt like I was not wanted in the store. The owner helped me pick out colours and took her time to make sure I was happy with all my scrub purchases. The quality of scrubs are amazing as well & they carry many styles and fabrics so definitely go in store to see what you would like. They also have accessories, scrub jackets and underscrubs which are high quality! I would recommend Scrub 4 U to anyone!
I bought jogger pants to complement the top scrub that I already bought. Mankirat was very helpful and suggested a possible size that fits me. There are different colours of scrubs and jackets that you could choose from.
