Easy booking online, lots of availability, price is reasonable, the nursing care received for the needle, as well as the explanation of travel concerns was explained in a very detailed and a person format. I would recommend this clinic.
I had the first appointment of the morning. The nurse saw me right away and went over my vaccine requirements with me. We discussed my needs as I am a veteran traveller and I knew what I wanted. She gave me the shots, updated my vaccine history and gave me a prescription during the visit. The office is clean and the parking is free. All in all, it was a good visit with pleasant service. I will visit this location again.
Edna was amazing, super informative explained everything to us about what vaccinations we needed for our trip to Bali, extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about it all. I will defs come back for travelling

My son and I had an appointment with Edna today. We were late due to traffic issues. We called to say that we would be late but she told us to come in. Edna was amazing. Very thorough and took time to go through the recommended vaccines. It was worth the visit for reassurance, education, peace of mind and of course the administration of the vaccines. Thanks Edna. !
I booked a virtual appointment for $162. The nurse did not seem very knowledgeable. She basically read the entire CDC government website, and tells me that every listed vaccine is recommended but not mandatory. I was hoping she would recommend vaccines based on our destination, resort location and activities. In the end, I decided with a couple of vaccines, and found out that they don't prescribe. I had to physically go in-person (which is fine, but I wouldn't have done a virtual appointment then), where they sneaked an additional $20 per person for this second appointment. This cost was not communicated to me at all, and I only found out when I got home and received the email invoice. The nurse also gave me a French (yes it was in French with a doctor in Quebec) prescription for some precautionary antibiotics for my trip, though I never talked to this doctor. On a different note, this Etobicoke location is right across from Sherway Garden. I recommend parking at the mall rather than the clinic's parking lot where I paid $7.50 for one hour.
I came here for a vaccine a few weeks ago, and had the best experience! There is a reason why they are so highly rated! Danya was so warm and friendly, and made the process super easy. She explained every single step to me and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood every piece of information she provided. If I ever need a travel vaccine again, I'll be coming to Summit Health. Thank you for providing such high quality service!
