I was a mechanic for decades, and know good customer service when I see it. First I spoke to manager? Aki...VERY informative and personable Followed up by going for a. free transmission assessment with John. I am not known for praising people....but John was flat out exceptional! My ONLY complaint is I can't get ANYWHERE NEAR this level of service at most businesses these days. The service I got at Mr. Transmission on the queensway is the same service I gave customersc when I was a mechanic....and why they followed me around! Until I met John...I thought that level of service had gone extinct! Overjoyed to know it still exists!
Everyone in there are liars and fake people ... they kept my subaru 17 months .. they told me they will put new engine .. they took 8000 dollars from me .. and they never put it on my car ... They don't take responsibility and unprofessional .. especially that owner and the manager dave ... Never again ... I wish theme the worst !
Don't go there if you still want a car to drive after. Brought my car in for a clutch replacement and had to bring it back at least 10 different times because of their dishonesty and shoddy workmanship. Also charged me for more parts they claimed were causing the noise when they put my car back together. Car still sounds worse than when I originally brought it to them
Left my vehicle here because their transmission job had issues and they were supposed to fix it under warranty. I my van here twice because the first time they did nothing. the second time after a month they lied and they also did nothing. apart from that I received no communication and they never called me back each time I texted or called. I had to follow up every week and when I got it back the same issues still existed. NOT AN HONORABLE LOCATION. FULL OF LIES.
Dave and his team went way above the call of duty and helped us solve a complex problem in an old Volvo. They have been beyond fair, open and honest and competent. Amazing team.
I gone to this location for the last 5 years to have my transmission serviced and have never had a problem until now. This place is under new management, I've gone in twice now to find out how much it would cost to change the fuild in my new car and both times there was no one working the desk and the guys in the bay area know nothing about prices. I don't understand how they expect to make money when there's no one to answer questions. Looks like I'll take my money elsewhere!
worst service they are fraud went there to get my transmission checked was told need to do some adjustments change fluid without any real need because Ijust got my transmission flushed less than month ago I thought its ok maybe it was required charged $300 for nothing since then my transmission has got worst shifting erraticaly screw up my transmission when I went back blames it on other issues I have with car this francise car places are never good BEWARE
