Even though they didn't have the spare part on hand, they arranged a part from the box of the brand new machine they had to fix the problem. I looked for a $15 part and couldn't find it. That's how they solved my problem here.
Tile setter... since 2001 used mostly Tool Academy. Always, any my visit, they got everything what I need. Always reasonable price. Huge selection of any power tools. Really recommend
