Gurman provided excellent service for affordable winter tires. They changed all four tires in just 30 minutes, which was pretty fast. I’ll definitely recommend them to others.
I was never informed about the sensor cost during the tire installation, and now I’m being asked to pay $200 when I returned—because your team didn’t mention it earlier. This isn’t about wanting anything for free; it’s about proper communication and fair treatment. Please take responsibility for the oversight.

I visited 1050 Britannia Road East location first they told on message they have 2-3 brands of winter tires and when I visit to store than one of guy say we only have one brand and talk rudely because of winter tires are in demand every where so they think customer have to install. If customer don't come then they know how to speak with customer with calm and polite . Even one of employee try to help me but he interrupt him and give a sign to stop. Price is higher with no gurantee or warranty.

I went here to get my car’s tire replaced last week, and I was finding a weird noise in one of tires. I was there to check with the Owner and his response was totally unprofessional. He doesn’t know what he is doing but employees had better attitude than him.
