Hello Angeethi Kitchen, Here’s a review for Green Pav Bhaji which they prepared last week. Green Pav Bhaji was the ultimate comfort food—rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. This Mumbai street food classic consists of a spiced, mashed vegetable curry (bhaji) served with buttery, toasted bread rolls (pav) alongside a greeny vegetables pav bhaji is something to ask for. The bhaji was a perfect blend of potatoes, tomatoes, peas, and all green vegetables cooked down with fragrant spices like cumin, coriander, and Kashmiri red chili powder, giving it a deep green hue and a burst of flavor in every bite.
