Don't let the size of this cozy little restaurant fool you. This place has the best service and is packed with great tasting fish and amazing sushi quality. They also have very fair prices and a great selection. I've been there on numerous occasions, and the service has always been some of the most attentive and welcoming I have encountered at a restaurant. Give them a chance, you will not regret it. The staff is very accommodating as well as generous, they gave us free miso soup and helped us celebrate a birthday with a free dessert for the birthday boy! Highly recommended food and restaurant. I ordered the tempura special for lunch. It came with beef gyoza, Dynamite roll, miso soup, and a very fresh green salad. The tempura was very crispy and the dipping sauce very tasty. Gyoza was deep fried also crispy. The dynamite roll was very good too. Great value for $15.00. I have had their sushi on numerous occasions and is always good. Well worth the visit if you are in the area.
We usually order take out, and dine-in occasionally. The platters are superb, and the sushi are always amazing. The rice tastes richer and tastier than the other sushi place, and I don’t know why.
That was a best sushi ever!!! my friend recommended me this place and she was right! ✨ I’ve been to so many sushi restaurants here and in japan as well but their sushi is so fresh for sure better than anywhere else in Toronto! Probably one of the best sushi places in town. Fresh. And they also have the small rolls format options that I miss before rolls became these gigantic pieces I can barely fit in my mouth everywhere else.
Little family run spots like this feel like they’re getting harder to find these days. Take out was carefully packed, pickup process was friendly and quick, food was delish & good value for the price.
We were very fortunate to enjoy an excellent New Years Day family dinner with a variety of delicious cooked dishes, sushi and sashimi. Everything was very good including delicate tempura batter and well seasoned sushi rice. Quality, value and wonderful hosts!
