Was willing to look past the tired space and mediocre service as the wings were decent sized and tasty. However last two times the wings were frozen and had all classic frozen chicken signs like black bones and the frozen chicken taste. Had the waitress convey this two owner who happened to be there and he vehemently denied that they were frozen. Guess that's what they believe is customer service: insult the customer's intelligence. Won't be coming back.
Its a bar with horse racing screens. So it draws that type of people. I enjoyed my time there and got amazing service by Laura. Its in an old dealershipnor gas station so has some history. All ages where there. Price is typical for the are. Cheers
If I could give less stars I would Tables were absolutely filthy, same with the plates. The waitress had a terrible attitude. Chef was unable to make a Greek salad without lettuce because “he didn’t know how to”
A traditional neighborhood pub in pretty beat up and some strange clientele, but that's part of the charm and the service was great and weighing fantastic. Perfect after a hockey game. :)
Very noisy place. Their customers are very loud at 1:30 in the morning. They are disturbing the sleep of their neighbors. Please stop it! If you are serving alcoholic drinks, please serve according to SMART Serve Ontario. Listening to the noisy expressions of loud customers, difficult to tell if customers are not intoxicated.
Came at 7:30 for some horse races and a quick bite to split with my bf but apparently the kitchen is closed. As im here watching people get their food and several customers with barely anything off their plate. Just pure lazy. Doesn't close until 1am so how can the kitchen be closed more than 5 hours prior?
Typical Older Neighborhood Pub. Good Food at reasonable prices. Enjoyed Nachos Supreme & Greek Salad for u under $30 (large portions = take away bag) Friendly, Courteous Staff.
