I had full body laser hair removal sessions at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I did not have any visible hair on my neck before — only very fine, almost invisible vellus hair. I was not aware that the area contained fine vellus hair, which especially in hormonal areas cannot be effectively removed with laser. The result was the opposite of what I expected — I now have thick, dark hair growing on my neck where there was none before, and I am forced to remove it every two days. This outcome has significantly affected my self-confidence. I wish I had been properly informed beforehand that treating vellus hair with laser could make the condition worse, so I could have made an informed decision. I had planned to continue my sessions, but after this experience, I will not return to any clinic unless I receive clear explanations about which types of hair are suitable for laser and what realistic results to expect. From the very beginning, when I first came to the clinic, I did not see the doctor at all. It was only after I completed my sessions that I contacted the clinic to book a consultation and meet him to discuss my condition. His full focus was on convincing me to undergo full body sessions, completely ignoring the problem I came to discuss. His attitude and approach were completely unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. My experience with him has been deeply frustrating and truly disheartening. Additionally, the reception staff were polite and professional. Unfortunately, it was the doctor who ruined the experience entirely.
The staff here is exceptionally friendly and understanding. I've had a bad experience with laser before where my skin burned all over but not here. Del is extremelyprofessional. She definitely knows what she is doing. She takes her time treating each area and is very honest regarding results. So far, I can definitely say all the treatments I've done have been worth it.
You just need one session with DR.PARTOW and he will fully diagnose what your body needs for full recovery. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I’m 3 sessions in and my pain has reduced significantly. You can tell he cares about his patients. 10/10 would recommend!!
