Aman and her team are the Best very accommodating and efficient Great work and quality Youll be happy with all your sign projects We have had many signs created see pics for samples
I got my business cards done from this location. Initially I had a design of my own but they insisted on printing one out to see the clarity of the cards, we tested out the design and figured it was blurry and not according to my marketing plans. The owner made me a new design within a day and we agreed on it the very next day. My cards came out great and at a reasonable price! Great customer service and care for their clients!!!
We had Aman and Sanjeev install a floor wrap for our family event, they were amazing, very professional, great quality, lots of variety great designs. BEST SERVICE AND GREAT QUALITY DESIGNS! AMAZING FLOOR WRAP THANK YOU SO MUCH!
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR COMMUNICATION & BIG MISTAKES MADE Signarama, next time take full responsibility when you make a mistake and do whatever it takes to make it right even if it means making no money on the sale. Your reputation and integrity is more important than money. I requested outdoor signage for my storefront. They came to the studio, I told them exactly what I wanted plus emailed them my inspiration and they created the final design artwork. PROBLEM #1 I approved the artwork twice and paid 50% deposit which was $3200 roughly. I was told it would take 10 business days from the time of payment. Payment was taken on Wednesday February 21st 2024, my sign was installed on Monday March 25th 2024 a total of 23 business days. The sign actually looked great at first but once the excitement weared off, I could see that an error was made and my sign wasn't centre. (See photos) PROBLEM #2 I brought it to their attention and they would redo the sign. Two guys came to see the error and kept telling me it wasn’t that bad and it looks ok from across the street. After talking to them for a bit and he could clearly see I was not impressed by his answers, he said that his boss can give me a 10% discount if I keep the sign because it would be a lot for them to take it down and redo it. I said I would sleep on it but I was going to need way more than 10% to even consider that option. The boss emailed me, admitted that the sign that I got was incorrect and offered me 15% discount. Then rambled about how that’s all they can give me because their profit margin would not be that much. I declined. I'm a business owner so I did feel bad for them, but what turned me off was that they keep putting the onus on me to help them out. YOU messed up the sign, so YOU should redo it to the specifications we agreed to. Between you and your vendor that’s a cost you should absorb because it was YOUR fault. I emailed the boss back with my frustration about how unprofessional they and requested that they redo my sign. They agreed. PROBLEM #3 March 29th 2024 they agreed to contact their vendor and let me know when they would remove the sign. Saturday April 6th I emailed because a whole week had gone by and no communication whatsoever about when they would remove the sign. They confirmed that they were making it and that next Monday (April 8th) they would contact me to schedule the reinstall. Monday came, no communication. Wednesday April 10th, they emailed saying that they would remove Friday (April 12th) and that someone would re-install it in 3-4 business days. Next day I responded asking them what time they would be coming tomorrow. Friday April 12th (the day they were suppose to remove it) they emailed me saying that they couldn’t get anyone to remove it and it's becoming a nightmare they didn’t want. Said I can keep the sign and not pay them anything else or I could continue to wait. I waited. Sign was removed over the weekend of April 13-14th. Didn’t hear from them again until April 19th when I was emailed edited artwork to approve. To anyone looking at it, if they just moved the logo over to the left, problem solved. But what I learnt way too late was, they weren’t redoing the sign, they were trying to fix the old sign. But unfortunately, doing the latter means they can’t move the logo. April 22nd, 10 days after they removed the sign, I received an email telling me that they can not move the logo, that their vendor is not willing to redo the logo and they can’t help me any further, if I don’t want the sign they will just refund me what I paid. TWO MONTHS after paying them and nothing!!! I was so disappointed. I could have went with a different business and gotten it done right. They wasted my time and ruined a very important moment within my business. I would have wrote a raving review despite the mix up and would have definitely given them more business if they handled this better. Bad business from start to finish.
Great business. I bought signs and am so satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the product. Would definitely order from them again and recommend anyone to do the same.
I have worked with Aman on many projects for my the condominiums I mange. She is attentive, quick and they are very well priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone whos looking for signs.
Fair prices, good work and more importantly honest people. I have been dealing with a lot of similar businesses throughout my life, I will no longer look elsewhere!
