So far from politeness. Weak repair. I guess more than one people work there. First one said it takes over a 15-20 mins. I didn’t have time, said I’ll come tomorrow to pick my shoes, when got there nothing was done yet and the younger one was there who is rude and did a weak repair. I had to warn him to fix the look. I hope I won’t need to have them fixed again. Not recommended.
This Guy does magic, very knowledgeable in the field and very friendly. I take all my walking and dancing shoes to him.always gets the job done with a smile and a laugh, and I go hard on my dancing shoes if you know what I mean, he's also funny.

So I got this nice butter suede shoes, quite expensive and I wore it just once for a wedding. While dancing, champagne spilled on it and it was never the same. The spill formed little island like stubborn stains that where very conspicuous. I needed it back to normal and the guy at Express came through for me! Whatever he did to it, made it way better than before and I can use the shoes now!
Nowhere else I take my shoes! Long time we are not even living in the neighborhood, yet still go back to this place. Service is ALWAYS excellent, and very quick!!! Father and son runs the little shop, never ever had any issues whatever job they had to do. They are quite miracle workers, who touches the damaged shoe, and voila you got a "new" pair!!! Excellent, excellent place! Highly recommend it!
Went in for the first time with dirty white shoes that I wanted cleaned. He starts off by just offering shampoo and said to clean it yourself. And then I asked him if I can see a small sample of the shampoo working on the shoe. He simply says no and tells me that he can’t help me. Drove here from Brampton from reading positive reviews thinking that he can help me. Don’t waste your time here and go elsewhere.
