Excellent service ... we dropped off 4 packages over 2 days and were thrilled with the service Stacey provided both times. She was very helpful and efficient. She took great care in helping us put our packages together and was a pleasure to deal with. Our first package arrived the next day and the others are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. No one could help me at the Apple Store in Sherway Gardens, no one could help me at the Staples Store, but here at the UPS Store, I was greatly helped by Sebastian. The print quality was really good and the staff(I think her name was Teah) was really nice! It’s also pretty affordable, I would definitely come back!
Tried to charge $2 to print a label. Every other ups in the area does it for free. Avoid these scammers. Walmart across the street or the east mall location do not charge.

His professionalism is much appreciated. 4 Stars for the UPS Store :Good service, but the store could be better organized. They offer useful services like shredding, courier, printing, and packaging, which add value to the community.
This is by far one of the most helpful UPS stores I’ve ever been at. They are very knowledgable and no exactly how to take care of custom and tariff issues. Filling out forms and packaging your items for affordable shipping. I was served by Tammy Turpin who was very helpful.
Never ship a package w UPS! This is the second time now a driver has left a notice without knocking (or the dog would have told me so) its so infuriating. Also because the dog didn't get to sit in the front yard all day where she likes to be. Now she'll be inside again tomorrow as I continue to wait - thanks UPS
