Amazing place, they have all parts for all machines. My machine is an old Singer from 1949, they ordered a bobbin for me. They moved from Cloverdale Mall when they had a huge selection of sewing notions even batting for the quilts I was making, any zipper I wanted. Great service. I was sad when they moved away from Cloverdale. I will be seeing them soon because my machine needs repairs bigtime.
I was beside myself. I had lent my machine to another student in sewing class. When I attempted to use it, it only sewed backwards. I rushed to the sewing machine repair shop and Daniela discovered that the buttonhole arm was still down. I hadn’t noticed. No charge! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
What an amazing store and even more amazing people!! Daniella and Olena went way, way beyond for me.... taking in my broken Janome for repairs and helping to get my new, amazing Janome Skyline S7 AE to me on my short time line. Their knowledge and service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Truly this should be the home for every sewist in Southern Ontario, not just the GTA! Thank you so much for you support, great prices and skill. I will be back!
Amazing service—quick and affordable! They brought my old sewing machine back to life and showed me how to use it properly. Olena was especially helpful with the presser feet—I finally understand how to use them! It felt like more than just a repair—it was a helpful lesson too.
Terrible customer service, sold a machine part for me at a really ridiculous price only to find it on Amazon for almost half the price. Very rude sales rep too!
I gave it a 3 star, it should be a 5, but I never read the 5 star ratings. I always read the worst and the middle ground. Daniela and Olena are just good, decent, patient human beings. I am so grateful for their help, that I wanted to post to encourage people who may not have sewn for a while, to try again. I have visual and learning issues, but no matter. They helped me learn how to use my sewing machine, and I just hemmed a pair of pants. Not much to some people, but HUGE to me. They have a good array of used machines, and I thought the prices very fair.
Called this place and spoke with a lady who was so rude. Tried to give her model number and tried to explain what’s wrong with sewing machine and she would just cut me off and kept saying just bring it in. I was inquiring on pricing and wasn’t given it. Also She said there was another phone call on the other line so as to like rush me off the phone.
