Not the most organized and responsive responding to emails. My order was returned with missing labels and was not informed prior to pick up. Emailed them back about the issue and have not responded in over a week.

Not the best company, Ordered 36 hats, Took 3 months, didn’t get to see a proof, didn’t send the items I picked out, Don’t reply to emails, they said free shipping after it took so long, but then forgot To ship it after a another two weeks went by, Spent $700 and didn’t get what I wanted, Send pictures of how I wanted my items to look but they failed, they made amazing looking hats for my friends baseball team That’s why I went with them, Nice raised embroidery, live and learn, Edit: they replied to me after I posted the review above this trying to fix the issues and they did try, I even asked to order more hats with the design that I wanted, Did a couple edits and then ghosted, highly recommend taking your buisness elsewhere as another month has gone by, hopefully this helps others with small orders,
