I live in Durham and the long wet WE of Aug 23, I experienced ceiling water damage from the improper roof vent installation by a different and local installer 5 years ago. Sam and his team were referred to me through my insurance people. Sam, despite his busy schedule and over a long WE, plus also living in the Toronto area, responded immediately and drove the 1.5 hr distance to assess and repair the leaking vent. He and his team member Kelly also checked attic humidity and found a need to install additional vents on the other side of the cathedral roof where none had been placed!!! I am very thankful and appreciative of their quick action and, I am also VERY IMPRESSED with their knowledge, expertise and certification standards. In future, when the roof eventually would need to be replaced, it will DEFINITELY be ACORES Roofing Ltd that I will call and whom I trust! A big Thank You Sam and Kelly!!!

Sam and his team are FIVE STAR in all regards. They immediately responded to a call after a rain storm and came in to get the repair done on two 20,000 square foot+ commercial/industrial buildings - both different style roofs.
