When I was worried about the print size of our design mixed in with my worry about the timeline for the bags arriving in time for my film’s screening, they reassured me and found ways to accommodate. I’m so glad my friend (who made an indie feature film and used them for tote bags, too) suggested these guys to me. I had to make some adjustments to the sizing of our logo. They were patient and helpful. I’ve received a lot of positive feedback on it. There were no damaged products when the items were shipped. Highly recommend for personalized water bottles. I have yet to check out other items.
