Came in today around 9am. And I felt the “oh no it’s a customer” type of vibe by Yadu. I stood there in silence while I was ignored. Eventually “Yadu” came up to the counter to scan my packages. I said hello and he didn’t say anything, just forced a smile on his face. Nothing says I don’t want to be here today like the look on Yadu’s face. Well, we are human, maybe his relative died, maybe he got divorced, maybe his boyfriend dumped him, who knows, maybe he has health problems, but he clearly did not want to be there or help me. It clearly showed. I have never had such low energy service in my life. And 3 stars because I usually have better experiences here in the afternoon or evening. So that’s fair right? Just not today.
I have had good experiences printing here. The staff is friendly, but there is sometimes a lineup. Big orders should be made in advance. FYI: Very large orders cannot be printed on site and need to be shipped to the store from their main printing warehouse.
The worst Staples location ever. How is it illegal for a customer to print their own photo for an ID that they need made? You guys are forcing folks to pay $14 for photo ID “because my photo size is close to passport size” That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. The person I need the image for is at work and I’m on a deadline and you still refuse to help your customer I’ll never visit this location again. You guys are trash. And to the Muslim girl who served me, you will learn. These people will replace you quicker than a bottle of bleach. Thank you for turning me away from this store for life.
Sign of the times, no stock on office chairs, furnitures , and many items. It's not they're fault, it's the plight of world in these times of plague and war. Otherwise has been excellent source of my office needs since they first opened business decades ago! Thanks!
You asked for help, the staff let you wait over there, and then you never get any opportunity to get the response from them anymore. Until you drained your patience and then leave the store by yourself. Never ever go there one more time.
