This place has really gone downhill since they got new workers. The last guy use to be working alone and he would still have your order ready before you got there. No idea why they removed him or if he left. But now the mobile orders are never ready on time. Plus sometimes they make you stand there for 15-20+ minutes
Ordered the quarter chicken meal last night and ate that after not eating anything else that day. Food was good but I had woke up the next day at 5 am with bad stomach pains and I started vomiting alot. Been feeling awful all day sitting on the toilet. Clearly something wrong with the prep or the cleanliness. Will never order this again.
They are misleading customers on Ubereats with the 2for1 combo also specifying buy 1 get 1 free. And charging for each side. When order arrives you get 1meal.
Absolutely awful food zero taste, the chicken was old,Im so mad I expend so much money, the coleslaw salad was horrible. I wish I could get my money back. Pictures don't show the taste. Ugh!!!!!
This place has gone SO down hill will the new ownership. I used to order from here pretty much weekly and got delicious fresh food every time. Now they mess up orders, serve dry flavourless chicken and soggy fries. Really sad one of my favourite places is so bad now.
I went inside and I felt skeptical about the food and how clean the environment was. I still decided to try their half chicken with rice and potatoes. It tasted nothing like Portuguese chicken, the worst tasting food I have ever tasted for a restaurant that labeled themselves as “Portuguese”. Do not bother coming here, you will regret it and waste your money. I ended up throwing the food away after I tried a bite.
I'm sorry to say I wouldn't go back again nore would I recommend this place to anyone. Guy behind the counter was on his phone, the way he looked at us and handled the food was like he was mad we were there. He didn't even say a single word to me, and he was slapping the food into a tray like he was a lunch lady or a prison worker. Food was ok but nothing special. However the quantity of the food was horrible, $10 for a chicken breast and some rice.... I could have gone to a hot plate at a grocery store and got more food of the same quality for the same money. Hope this helps someone
