The picture quality is very poor. I got passport sized photo. The finishing of picture was poor, no lighting added while taking picture. Too much price for poor quality. Waste of money.
We went to this photo studio, and they charged us the normal amount, but they didn’t have any proper lighting equipment, and the photographer clearly had no experience. I’d recommend not going there. When we pointed out that the pictures didn’t turn out well, they just started making lame excuses.
Please go by here for you passport photos or any other digital requirements. The staff were all super friendly, taking care of me right away, without any troubles. My passport photos were done quickly and correctly. The studio is clean and welcoming. I will use their services again!
Here is why I'm giving this business a 1 Star rating 1. The lady is rude and impatient. Was not a welcoming, easy going experience at all. Really just seemed like I was annoying her. 2. I explained to her my specific photo requirements. She indicated she could meet them. She took a photo. I confirmed with her that if this does not meet the requirements laid out by the company I need to submit this to, will she refund me? She said yes for sure no problem. Fast forward, a month and a half later. The photo is rejected and does not meet the requirements. I emailed her about this. She asked for proof. I presented screenshot proof of the actual rejection letter I received regarding the photo not meeting standards. She has since ghosted me. I gave her a week to respond/give me a refund ($22 that she can easily e-transfer me). I sent her a warning email saying if she does not make this right by a certain date I will post a review of my bad experience. She remained silent and ghosted me so here is the review. Avoid this business!! If she contacts me and gives me my refund, I will at least edit this review and say so and increase the star rating to a 3. But, I doubt she will.
Firstly not professional service. Taken $36 for hard copy of passport size photo. When I asked for soft copy, lady wanted to charge me $20 more. Not recommended at all
My photo doesn’t meet the requirements. Its saying brightness problem. I contacted them and lady said she need $10 to fix it. I already paid $18. She was like wait for the immigration to reject then she will refund me. Please don’t go here. She is very rude too.
Very unprofessional. We waited for half an hour for the lady to come and take our passport photo and again waited for few minutes to receive the photo. She charged 36$ for 4 copies and didn’t take the photo properly. I had a very bad experience here
