  These guys are awesome. Got a couple pairs of Damascus Dynathin gloves from them, they inspected before sending and noticed thread pull on 1 pair so they quickly got another set in before they shipped. And I mean quickly, I still had the gloves within the week all the way from Ontario. Gloves are absolutely perfect ? ? highly recommend!

  **** BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPAGNY *** I was placing an order for boots and for some unknown reason my first card was not accepted on the website I had to pay with another one.. is that a crime?? ? The next day everything was cancelled and I am accused of being a fraudster And yes I made a mistake the girl on my voicemail was another compagny. EXCUSE ME !!!! ???? He say their compagny never call me? Lollll Yeah right

  3 different I P. Addreses, 3 orders in 12 hours. 3 Fraudulent credit cards purchases. All refunded due to fraud alert. Customer said we left a message on his voicemail, we never called, then customer said a female person left a message, we don't have any female employees. The length these fraudsters go to, they even leave google reviews. Crazy

  So I bought handcuff keys from the store which turns out to be defected went on to replace the keys but Mr. Quinn said we can’t take it back as the package is open. However, he did not understood my point that if I will not open the package how am I gonna know that handcuff key is defected or not and he was very rude. Thought of buying more stuff from them but with the service provided I will never give my business to them. Replying to the owner. My handcuffs work with all the keys except which I bought from rather than accepting the mistake and showing your rude behaviour proves to everybody what is customer service for you Thank you so much for that.

  Perhaps look at your handcuffs as being defective as your key worked on Peerless and Hiatt handcuffs, it even worked on your cuffs but your your cuffs made it a little difficult to remove but it did work. Send your handcuffs back to Smith & Wesson for repair, it's not the key. Thanks and have a great day.

  Great store I've been in a couple times for airsoft stuff but the main reason I continue going is they always have brcc coffee in stock, and they grind it for you fresh right there. Thanks guys take care!

  Horrible customers service, the owner won't even follow mask bylaw exemption. By law posting nowhere to be found, only his rules. No accommodation for anyone, a total discrimination against people who have medical issues. I was a customer before but not anymore. I support local businesses but not with that attitude.

  Thanks Andrew. Masks are not required in Staff only locations or behind the barriers. Bylaws are most certainly available, copies are at the front desk. Posting is not required.
