This is Zelda. I have an ingrown toenail. I went to 2 appointments. $70 each time and absolutely 0 results. I paid $70 for him to clip a small portion of my nail???? I still can't wear shoes and am wearing my sandals. It is snowing. Today with wet feet, I still have PAIN!
I recently visited the clinic for my husband’s ingrown toenail treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. John was incredibly kind and professional. He arranged the surgery on the same day as the initial assessment, which was very prompt and efficient. His follow-up care was thorough, and he made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. We truly appreciate the excellent care we received!
So accommodating. After being advised that I have plantar fasciitis, I was playing squash and injured the foot badly because I didn't move fast enough on what was recommended by Paul. he agreed to see me immediately, although it was close to closing. And didn't even charge me for the emergency appointment!!
Today was my first time going into a clinic like this and I was very anxious embarrassed and scared. Dr. Scotti was above and beyond professional and extremely supportive with genuine care, understanding and no judgements. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
excellent. I’ve had orthotics for twenty years. First time with this clinic and Paul. He explained the mechanics clearly, the cause of the pain, and how to fix it. Now I understand the problem much better, and he made an orthotic that is better than any orthotic I had before. Thank you very much Paul
Last week I came here for the first time to have nail care done. The care was not what I expected, as I have thick nails I thought feet would be soaked first to soften nails, but I was left in chair which he applied some gel to soften heels, then he went to use another patient. At this point I was left for 15 minutes while I hear a child crying and screaming, don't know if she was getting treatment or the parent. When Dr. returned to me, he explained care then he loudly threw his equipment down on table and started cutting my toe nails, which he did roughly and quick, leaving my nails rough and he also filed very fast leaving my toes hurting and later realized very uneven and rough. Also, he loudly throws equipment in trays, which was totally unnecessary. I paid $70 for this treatment, I will be searching for care elsewhere. In response to your reply I was aware it was not a pedicure and was not expecting nor did I want polish. I just felt more care could have been done and not a rushed service. Hopefully I will not get ingrown nails as I am still in pain after a week.
This is honestly the best chiropodist experience I have ever had! I have had several unsuccessful treatments to get rid of plantar warts on the heel of my foot, and Dr Scotti was very easy to talk to, he explained the treatment and discussed the expected treatment timeline realistically. After a few treatments it was completely gone, and now its been 6 months and it has not returned. I am 100% satisfied, and cannot recommend this doctor/clinic enough.
