Dr. Sanil Taneja is an excellent professional. I’ve seen him twice now—for my knee and upper back—and both times I had great results. Kaizen as a whole is a wonderful physiotherapy clinic: reliable, caring, and truly focused on patient well-being. And a special mention to Sharon at the front desk—she’s an absolute sweetheart, always warm and friendly.

At Kaizen I found the personalized care I was looking for. They won’t hand you a list of exercises and then walk away; Rosa actually spends time with each of her patients, getting to know them and tracking their progress and condition. They are kind and professional, and the clinic itself is beautiful and clean. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
