Khalil was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. They arrived when they said he would, and installed a new battery in half an hour. I would recommend Kick &Tech to anyone, and will definitely use them again.
The experience I've had with Kick & tech was that they were very professional especially with Khalil who has done an absolutely amazing job working my phone he said he would do the job in a timely matter and certainly kept his word I would definitely recommend anybody out there who need their phones repaired to Kick & Teck

My review on Khalil from Kick&Tech is I am very impressed with their service. I called early in the morning with an emergency phone problem. I attended the Chris Brown Concert in the storm in the rain, My phone held up until I came back to my hotel. It turned out to be water damage. I reached out to Kick and Tech early in the morning. I was transparent with the phone issue and what happened. He was very professional and informative. I was skeptical at first but he reassured me of what can be done. Most bookings are arranged but he heard me out and my urgency as I fly out the next morning. He arranged the earliest time. He came right to my location right to my hotel. He was on time and met me in person. A very genuine, helpful person. You can see he really likes to help. He gave me a run down of the time and work it will take. Within 3 hours it was done. I highly recommend Kick and Tech. They are prompt, professional and do an excellent job. Don’t skip on this, I highly recommend you get in contact with Khalil. They will fix and repair your phone.
Called with a broken screen on a Huawei P20 pro. Gentleman on phone was super polite and professional and provided regular updates on part and tech updates. Tech was super polite and punctual. Provided updates and the best service he could to be able to acquire parts and repair in a timely manner. Total time from giving phone to return was about 2 hours. Cost was reasonable for part requirement. Tip to customers, have an alternative method of contact as tech will have your phone and may need to reach you/access your building
Amazing service, very helpful and friendly guy. Knows what he’s doing and was very quick in fixing my phone. iphone 13, faulty battery. He fixed it in 2 hours and also identified another issue, which he fixed as well. Thanks Khalil, will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs a phone repair
