Carmen and Samantha are pet lovers through and through. They always have a great selection of foods, treats and toys. Ramsay starts pulling a few blocks away when he knows we’re going to see his favourite treat ladies! I’m constantly recommending them for the knowledge and care they provide. Samantha and the team there are nothing but amazing. We brought our Cockapoo in for a cut and they did exactly what we needed, took great care of our puppy. Their prices are also super competitive for everything form grooming, food, treats, toys and they have the cutest dog clothes, highly recommend.
I took my 5 month old Goldendoodle girl to PoochyKat for her first full groom. The morning of the appointment she woke up with a hotspot on her face. This was no problem for PoochyKat, they took her in assuring me to do their best from using special shampoo to shave around the wound. I also had specific requests on how her haircut should look like and they did exactly that. I am very very happy with the outcome!!! I would recommend 100%

Our favorite pet store! We’ve been going to PoochyKat for all of our dog’s needs for the past several years, and he loves it there. As a rescue, he can be a bit shy and skittish, but the staff has always been so kind and patient with him. He now looks forward to every visit - especially for the treats, of course! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to help. Since they started offering grooming services, we’ve taken him here exclusively and couldn’t be happier with the care and quality. Highly recommend!
We LOVE PoochyKat! Our city has been one of the most frustratingly opened-and-closed areas in North America - making it very difficult to run a business. As a fellow small business owner, they’ve helped us immensely by delivering to our shop when we couldn’t get out on time to purchase out dog’s select food. Our dog has extreme allergies but we never worry, as they have a huge selection of natural + allergy friendly treats, plus our favourite Orijens dog food. They are so helpful when we have asked them about products, and always sent pictures to make our shopping experience fast and easy. During lockdowns, we knew our pet’s needs would be covered, and now that lock down is over, we are super excited to go in person! They are our go to for toys, collars, and there’s always something new when we go! It’s a great shop for pet staples and fun stuff too.
