Whitney is a star - she clearly loves animals - that's easy to see - but she really gives a pet owner is 100% peace of mind about being away. Whitney took care of our cat while we were away for a week and it was seamless for us. She was kept in contact with us and sent reports about visits, our cat was happy as a clam and we came home to a very happy pet. I 100% recommend PAWS.

When I decided to go away for a long weekend, I was super nervous about leaving my two cats alone at home. The pet carers at PAWS pet care services were amazing and helped ease my worry so I can enjoy my mini vacation. My husband and I booked a last minute long weekend trip and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to help care for our cat. When I contacted PAWS, Whitney was wonderful and accommodating and gave us very clear instructions, pricing, and even a complimentary meet and greet so my cat knew who would be visiting while we were away. We required service for 3 days and on each day Whitney communicated when she was arriving and when all services (feeding, litter box, etc) were completed. Also, she provided pictures of our cat when she left - which surprisingly were much better than what we were ever able to capture! Thank you Whitney for caring for Luna and for being so loving and kind towards her!
Whitney has always been very friendly, flexible and professional in her interaction with us. She took a great care of our cat when we were away and sent regular updates including pictures. She is incredible and knows cat psychology. More importantly she looked after our cat as if she was her own. We were initially hesitant leaving our cat at home for a week ( because she is very skittish) but with Whitney, there was no need to worry.
