I liked the swimming pool option and the convenient location near the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and they were very attentive to the dogs.
Very professional establishment, that truly care for your animals. Get there zoomies out, stay overnight or getting groomed . I recommend park9 to everyone
My puppy has been coming to Park9 for a few months now, they are so wonderful with her. Not only do they take such good care of her, they are always ready to listen and answer any questions. My puppies favourite thing to do is go swimming!
My Barry had a fantastic boarding experience at Park9. I could tell that he was well looked after during his stay because he looked happy and healthy when I picked him up. I received regular updates while I was away and at the end of the boarding, received a detailed report card and photos of Barry during his stay. The staff at Park9 are always professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, treat the animals in their care as if they are their own. They went out of their way to clean Barry whenever it was needed to ensure his cleanliness and comfort. I could not have asked for more. It is great to know I have a place for Barry to go when I have any extended absences. I highly recommend Park9.
Highly recommend Park9 Pearson for daycare and boarding services. We have never boarded our dog before so we were a little nervous as he is older and requires medication but we are so glad we chose Park9 as they truly care for your pup and the amenities/extra services are great (outdoor area to go potty, private walks, private suite w/ webcam etc). We tried another doggy daycare at first but were not impressed with the facility/staff. Will definitely bring back our pup here without a doubt!
Was so happy with the service Haley provided with Ollys nail trim. She was attentive and listened to exactly what i wanted done. She actually took extra time to ask me if the nails were ok.
We brought our dog Olly to Park9 Pearson for a nail trim, and had a great experience! Hailey was absolutely wonderful — she took her time with Olly and made sure he was comfortable throughout the process. Before finishing up, she double-checked with us to make sure we were happy with the trim, which we really appreciated. It’s clear she cares about both the pets and the pet parents! Highly recommend Park9, especially if Hailey is on duty!
