Inviting office, professional and caring staff who really know how to make kids feel welcomed, detailed explanations of your options and what they will be doing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my family.
Not recommended. First time I called was last year telling them we have for our kid Ontario smile card no other private insurance, I was told you don’t take that. Second time, Today, I went in person, not via phone, I told the front desk we have now Canadian plan, she said we don’t take Canadian plan but we take Ontario smile “ each time she picks something different from what we have. I asked to talk to the manager, they said she is away and then I called by phone, this time your manager said , I quote “ we don’t take patient who have both Smile Ontario nor Canadian dental plan”. So next time.check your info prior to any professional and caring reply. And, all I wanted for special need kid to have hygiene cleaning, nothing more. That is how much your staff cared!
Not recommended. They take only patients with private insurance. Not Canadian plan nor smile Ontario. They don’t say to you why, just say “it’s our policy”. I as a customer must tell you if they were caring or professional, if we talk about caring and professionalism. But if you are happy to think you are caring and professional while I see the opposite then good for you. It was another great experience with Dr. Masse and her team. My daughter had 9 cavities and it was painful experience to take her for teeth cleaning every time. So I decided to switch her to the children dental center for a try. The hygienist spotted cavity right away and got x-ray done. It was always great experience with the center and Dr Masse. They will go through every details with you and you don't have much questions at the end. They make you feel your little one is in good hands. Tori, the nurse, she is funny and make you smile when you want to cry. The receptionists there would talk to you like a friend. It is just great experience from everyone!
~1100 $ for baby tooth extraction, this is too much. Espicially after spending ~1000 $ 18 months ago for treatment same baby tooth. Dentist and Staff are profissional but price is by far not fair and need to be controlled.
I was so apprehensive after reading the reviews and almost cancelled our appointment. However I was so happy with my son's experience there. I was all panicked after I noticed an abscess on my son's tooth. I paged the dentist since it was after hours and she quickly called my back. She was so kind and reassuring and fit me in early the next morning even though they had a full clinic. As soon as we arrived, we were seen right away and then he was scheduled in for dental surgery that morning. Everyone in the office was so incredibly friendly and I wasn't criticized or pressured at all. Additionally, the price we were quoted was reasonable in my opinion so not sure what these other people experienced. Lastly, the anesthesiologist and his team were also amazing. They were so warm and explained everything to us and what to expect. I was able to stay with my son while he was sedated which was so reassuring. I left knowing that my son was in excellent hands. After the procedure, the dentist came right out to speak to me and then even called to check up that night. I also wanted to mention how nice all the clerical staff were as well. They conversed with us often and one even gave my son a teddy bear to cuddle with. Don't listen to any of those negative reviews. I have nothing but raving reviews for this clinic!!
We used the after hours emergency dental phone service at the Children's dental centre this past week. We found it extremely helpful. All our worries were put at ease. Doc was very patient, reassuring, professional and knowledgeable and without hesitation, provided advice. Thank you also for the personal follow up text message as well!
