European Patisserie is the best one in Toronto in my opinion. The quality is the highest, the service is the best. Bruna stays on top of the order to make sure they deliver what you order. Having it as a family business, they offer also a good price. They prepared our wedding desserts. We got so many compliments from the guests. I would highly recommend them for any occasion.

I'm a frequent visitor here and the Gelato is some of the best I've ever had. From the basic flavors to the more exotic ones, they are all delcious. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, thanks for always serving up some of the best gelato

I have been frequenting this establishment for some time as the hazelnut cakes are delicious. However, I just experienced the worst customer service by a male at the front counter. He was extremely abrasive when I inquired about the difference between the pyramid and mini hazelnut cakes. I frankly did not deserve the resulting treatment and was fairly shocked during the interaction. The female staff member who works there is an absolute delight and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with her service. I truly believe in actively supporting local businesses, because I realize the strain on the food industry with large chain bakeries and the current economic climate. I am trained, have worked and taught at a post-secondary level in this industry myself. Unfortunately, I can't continue to support this business after this treatment and will not be back.

Delicious cakes and fantastic service—what more could you ask for? ❤️ I highly recommend this charming bakery and its wonderful owner. Everything is affordable and absolutely delightful!

I don’t know what was in that ice cream, but it gave both my daughter and me terrible throat pain! It’s been two days now, and neither of us can eat anything. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please don’t play with people’s health like this. If pastry is your profession, stick to that and don’t venture into things you clearly can’t handle safely. Extremely disappointed and concerned.

My second time I order “bakllava” for New Year and very disappointed. The bakllava is too dry and it looks like the layers are not hand made but bought.

The worst place to be don't ever buy anything from them. The owners son Devji don’t deal with him soo much lack of business ethics and arrogant nature. Their pastries are stale and worst was the croissant were looking like few days old smelled weird.
