I had placed an order earlier this week and spoke to a younger lady on the phone. I had even given her my credit card information. Just for me to go pick up the order and apparently nobody has any idea about my order and have no idea which employee I had given my credit card information to. The young lady that I had spoken to about picking up my order and who I placed my order with is now saying that she has no recollection when i had just spoken to her on the phone. She needs to be held accountable for not punching in orders and still taking credit card information over the phone. Seems fishy. My mother has been coming here for years this is quite disappointing.
Supporting the organizers of baby shower, I was charged with driving a team member to your store for helium balloon inflation (not purchased at the store) and the purchase of additional helium balloons (to purchase in store). Brianna, Ted, Julie and Barb were outstanding in all they did to help with non purchased balloons breaking down, not properly inflating and our general “OH NO” situation. The shower was to commence within 60 minutes and they were helpful, solution driven and so positive about ensuring we left with excellent balloon decorations. I was VERY impressed by the team work and positive customer attention. The balloon decorations were a hit with many compliments and no one saw the flaws in the on line purchased balloons that were expertly handled by your team and their solutions. It is challenging to find one great employee but to have great team is a rare find. This review is a little late in posting (sorry), but the experience was worth posting now. Awesome experience. This place is absolutely lovely, the sales staff are extremely sweet and willing to go out of their way to help. It was my sons birthday and the staff helped me pick out the perfect balloon arrangement. My son was thrilled with the balloons he got. Everyone here is enthusiastic and playful and truly made the experience much less stressful. Thank you!
