I given a referral number and this company's contact details from the Law Society Referral Service (LSRS). The secretary advised me that I would have to choose a junior paralegal for the free 30 minutes. I completed their intake form and set a same day appointment, but it was later rescheduled. When I attempted to log on for the Zoom meeting at the appointed time, I was prompted for a password that was never provided. By the time the paralegal and I connected, I had lost nearly 15 minutes of the 30 minute consultation. The appointment was basically a waste of time as the paralegal was vague and used the majority of the call to sell his services. I was not impressed.
It was a pleasure working with Mr.Vijay Shah. After searching a lot on the internet, I found him in Nov'2021 to handle eviction of 1 non-paying tenant that smoked as well. Mr.Shah guided me through the LTB process and submitted all the associated paperwork on time. During initial consultation, he will provide all the necessary guidance and road-map. Therefore, I would highly recommend Mr.Shah for anyone looking for an efficient paralegal to handle their LTB case.
